High speed production of cotton balls.

This machine is designed for the high speed production of cotton balls using four cotton slivers in four lanes.

The balls produced are cylinders rolled from a sliver. The width of the cylinder is determined by the tooling provided with the machine. The diameter of the cylinder is adjustable. Normally, balls have the best appearance when the diameter is equal to the cylinder width.

Tooling is available for ball widths from 3/4" to 1 3/4".

The machine is automatic, the sliver is delivered to the feed rolls that are operated by a clutch/brake system.

A product counter is provided to count and then operate deflector to deliver the product to delivery chutes.

Can be easily integrated with C-50/C-100 bagging machine for fully automated system.
